How we can help you?

Is it possible to point to an Xignite IP address instead of an URL?

No, pointing to a Xignite IP address is not permitted because our services are hosted on a virtual environment across multiple servers and availability zones. Due to load-balancing and server shuffling activities, the IP address for an API may change at any time without notice, and therefore cannot be relied on to remain static.

The proper way to code to an Xignite API destination is via the API URL.

If you are currently a customer, and have any issues using our Xignite APIs, please email support@xignite.com.

If you experience issues during a free trial please contact sales@xignite.com.
