Nasdaq Last Sales Web Service

This web service provides real-time Nasdaq Last Sale stock prices and trade data for US-listed stocks. These real-time last sale stock prices are not user fee-liable and can be displayed on public web properties.

You can use XigniteLastSale to get real-time last sale price and volume data for stocks traded on Nasdaq, NYSE, AMEX and OTC exchanges through web service. With XigniteLastSales, you can:

• Obtain last sale, open, high, low, and close information.
• Request one or up to 5000 real-time quotes in a single web service request.
• Create completely customized real-time charts of a security's intra-day activity.

Bid and ask price information is not available on XigniteLastSale. If your application requires bid/ask information, please use XigniteRealTime.

This web service is based on the NASDAQ Last Sale feed. NASDAQ Last Sale is a direct data service from NASDAQ OMX that provides real-time last sale data for securities listed on NASDAQ, NYSE and Amex - including price, volume and time.

NASDAQ OMX is the gold data source for all U.S. equities. NASDAQ OMX executes more volume through its trading system than any other U.S. exchange.

• NASDAQ's matched volume in NYSE-listed stocks in 2007 was a record high 142.3 billion shares, an increase from 64.5 billion shares in 2006.
• NASDAQ's total reported market share in NYSE-listed stocks was a record 35.1%3, compared with 25.8% the previous year.
• NASDAQ's matched market share in NYSE-listed securities in 2007 was a record high 17.1%, up from 10.4% in 2006.

Using this stock quote web service, you can get real-time last sale information mon companies listed on U.S. stock exchanges, including NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, and over-the-counter exchanges. With this web service you can:

Usage Restrictions

Unlike traditional Level I or Level II real-time stock quotes, NASDAQ Last Sale quotes are not fee liable and each users viewing information is not required to fill exchange agreements-- whether users are professionals or non-professionals.

Fees and Exchange Agreement

Each firm subscribing to XigniteLastSale must complete the following directly with NASDAQ OMX:

• Execute a NASDAQ Distributor Agreement if the NASDAQ Last Sale data will be redistributed outside of the organization, or
• Execute a NASDAQ Data Feed Subscriber Agreement if the NASDAQ Last Sale data will be solely redistributed inside of the organization.
• Complete a NASDAQ Last Sale Description Form.
• Pay the appropriate per user, per query, or per visitor fees to NASDAQ according to the current NASDAQ Last Sale pricing More info...
• Pay NASDAQ a $1,500 Monthly Distributor fee and a $1,000 Annual Administration fee. More info...
