Display Restrictions
Real-time equity information from U.S. exchanges require execution of a subscriber

information can be identified and distinguished from other users.
Xignite must clearly be attributed (with a hyperlink or a hyperlinked logo) as the source of this information on any such
web application. If Xignite is not attributed, then your firm must
execute its own redistribution agreements with all the exchanges and pay
corresponding redistribution fees. For more information on this exchange
policy, click here.
You can display real-time information on any non-web password-protected application. Xignite does not need to be attributed on such applications.
Professional and Non-Professional Subscribers
Each individual subscriber to real-time exchange market data must execute an
exchange agreement and pay exchange fees. This agreement and fees vary for
Professional vs. Non-Professional users.
"Nonprofessional Subscriber" refers to any natural person who receives market data solely for his or her personal, non-business use and who is not a "Securities Professional", meaning that the person is:
- Not registered or qualified with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodities Futures Trading Commission, any state securities agency, any securities exchange/association, or any commodities/futures contract market/association.
- Not engaged as an "investment advisor," as that term is defined in Section 202(a)(11) of the Investment Advisor's Act of 1940 (whether or not registered or qualified under that Act).
- Not employed by a bank or other organization exempt from registration under Federal and/or state securities laws to perform functions that would require him or her to be so registered or qualified if he or she were to perform such functions for an organization not so exempt.
