Al Chang is a software engineering and technology industry leader with experience leading engineering and professional services organizations in high-growth software companies and start-ups. Prior to joining Xignite, Al was head of engineering for partner solutions at Google, where he enabled global strategic partnerships by extending Google’s core product offerings and by establishing a 24x7 production operations infrastructure. As VP of Product Development for Advent Software, Al led the creation of an integrated portfolio management, accounting, and CRM solution built on a scalable Web architecture. Before Google and Advent, Al held senior management positions in engineering and professional services at TenFold Corporation, an enterprise applications company that he co-founded, reached nearly $100M in revenue, and went public. Al’s career began at Oracle in software engineering. He holds an MS and BS in Mechanical Engineering and a BS in Biology, all from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Kerry Langstaff is an accomplished marketing executive with 20+ years of demonstrated success in executing integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, preference and pipeline. Most recently, Kerry was Vice President, Demand Generation at Return Path, where she spearheaded global demand generation strategy for the email intelligence company. Previously she held executive positions at HR outsourcing leader TriNet and IP geolocation provider Quova (now Neustar). She also has lead global channel marketing efforts at 3Com (now HP), Juniper Networks, and Cisco. Kerry holds a BA in Journalism from San Diego State University and earned the Accredited in Public Relations (APR) credential recognizing strategic communications masters. She has held board positions in the Silicon Valley chapter of the PRSA as well as the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).
