Peter Caswell is a Silicon Valley veteran and the CEO of NetBase. His expertise is driving operational excellence, financial discipline and revenue growth in technology organizations. Prior to NetBase, Peter was CEO of Siperian, where he was responsible for the strategic direction, growth and management of the company. He led Siperian to operating profitability and grew revenues by seven times in three years before selling to Informatica for more than $130M. Previously, Peter served as the CEO at Enkata Technologies and Advent Software. Under his leadership, Advent grew revenues from $8M to nearly $200M, while quadrupling operating margins. Peter has held executive sales and marketing positions with MSA (a Dun & Bradstreet Software company) and Hogan Systems. Peter holds the equivalent of an MBA in Management Studies and a BA in Agriculture from the Seale Hayne College in the United Kingdom.

Stephane Dubois is a well-known fintech thought leader and is frequently quoted in publications, including Forbes, MarketsMedia, WallStreet & Technology, Financial News, Bob's Guide, Inside Reference Data, and Venture Capital Journal. He has spoken at numerous fintech events around the world, including Finovate, FinDEVr, Bank Innovation, Next Money, World Exchange Conf., World Finance Information Conf. and The Money Conference. Prior to founding Xignite, Stephane was Vice President of Product Management at Advent Software, the leading provider of software solutions for the investment management industry. Prior to Advent, Stephane held senior product and marketing management positions at Walker Interactive Systems and Oracle Corporation. Stephane holds an MS in Management from M.I.T. Sloan School of Management and MS and BS degrees in international management from the MBA Institute in Paris.
Deborah Farrington is a founder and general partner of StarVest Partners, a leading venture capital firm and early investor in the rapidly growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) market. Prior to founding StarVest, Deborah held positions including President and CEO of Victory Ventures, LLC, a private equity firm, where she also served as chairman of Staffing Resources, Inc.; and Managing Director of Asian Oceanic Group, a Hong Kong-based merchant bank. Earlier, she was an investment banker and securities analyst with Merrill Lynch in New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo. Deborah sits on the boards of NetSuite, Host Analytics, and PivotLink. She is also a director and chairman of the Compensation Committee at Collectors Universe, Inc. She was named to the Forbes Midas 100 List of top venture capitalists in 2008, 2009 and 2011. Deborah is a graduate of Smith College and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Anthony Lee is a Managing Director of Altos Ventures, where he focuses on software and digital media investments. Before joining Altos, Anthony led marketing efforts for three start-up companies including Evolve Software (Nasdaq:EVLV, later acquired by Oracle). Anthony began his career as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company and has published a national magazine. Anthony serves as Chairman of TechSoup, the world’s largest non-profit distributor of computer software and hardware. He co-founded and co-chairs the C100, a network of top Canadian technology leaders dedicated to supporting Canadian entrepreneurs. Anthony is a member of the Pacific Council on International Policy and served as a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He is a founding member of the Full Circle Fund, a venture philanthropy group based in San Francisco. Anthony received his MBA from Stanford University and earned a BA in Politics and Economics from Princeton University.
Atsuyuki Nakajima is Managing Director of Tokyo-based QUICK Corporation, part of the Nikkei Group and Japan’s largest financial information provider, and focuses on global strategic business development activities. A 35+ year QUICK veteran, he has held executive positions in business development, corporate planning, product strategy, and marketing and brings invaluable knowledge and experience of the Asian market and financial market data to the Xignite board. He holds a M.A. in Economics from University of Tsukuba, and a B.A. in Economics from Kwansei Gakuin University.
Tim is a Managing Director at Startup Capital Ventures. He serves, or has served as a Director of several of the firm’s investments including PlayFab, Adama Materials, Silvertail Systems (acquired by EMC), TagArray (acquired by MXIM) and TuneIn. He is also a limited partner in Advanced Technology Ventures. Prior to SCV, Tim led the turn-around of Dali Wireless, a wireless carrier equipment company, as its CEO and Chairman. He previously founded Hawaiʻi Superferry in 2001 as CEO, a company that brought inter-island vehicle & passenger ferry service to Hawaiʻi. Tim holds an MBA from Stanford University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine where he founded the UCI Cycling Team.
