Peter Caswell is a Silicon Valley veteran and the CEO of NetBase. His expertise is driving operational excellence, financial discipline and revenue growth in technology organizations. Prior to NetBase, Peter was CEO of Siperian, where he was responsible for the strategic direction, growth and management of the company. He led Siperian to operating profitability and grew revenues by seven times in three years before selling to Informatica for more than $130M. Previously, Peter served as the CEO at Enkata Technologies and Advent Software. Under his leadership, Advent grew revenues from $8M to nearly $200M, while quadrupling operating margins. Peter has held executive sales and marketing positions with MSA (a Dun & Bradstreet Software company) and Hogan Systems. Peter holds the equivalent of an MBA in Management Studies and a BA in Agriculture from the Seale Hayne College in the United Kingdom.
Deborah Farrington is a founder and general partner of StarVest Partners, a leading venture capital firm and early investor in the rapidly growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) market. Prior to founding StarVest, Deborah held positions including President and CEO of Victory Ventures, LLC, a private equity firm, where she also served as chairman of Staffing Resources, Inc.; and Managing Director of Asian Oceanic Group, a Hong Kong-based merchant bank. Earlier, she was an investment banker and securities analyst with Merrill Lynch in New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo. Deborah sits on the boards of NetSuite, Host Analytics, and PivotLink. She is also a director and chairman of the Compensation Committee at Collectors Universe, Inc. She was named to the Forbes Midas 100 List of top venture capitalists in 2008, 2009 and 2011. Deborah is a graduate of Smith College and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

He was also a director of GuardianEdge, acquired in 2010 by Symantec. He served as VP of Marketing for services automation leader Evolve Software (acquired by Oracle) and VP of Marketing for social search pioneer Clip2.com, and he co-founded Signature Wines. Previously, Anthony was a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company and published a national magazine. He is Chairman of TechSoup Global, and he co-founded the C100, which supports Canadian entrepreneurs. He is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations and charter member of the Pacific Council on International Policy. Anthony holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in Politics and Economics from Princeton University.
Bob Rees is an experienced executive and venture capitalist, currently General Partner at Startup Capital Ventures. Bob serves on the board of WhiteHat Security and is a board observer at EzRez Software, Suturenetics and Think Finance. Earlier as a Special Limited Partner of Woodside Fund, Bob built exits for Innova Corporation, Hotrail, and AccelGraphics. Later, Bob co-founded Access Venture Partners and led the firm’s syndication of Cashworks, Inc., acquired by General Electric Card Services. He led the diversification of family-owned oil and gas company Rees/Source Ventures, Inc. into venture investing. He has also been instrumental in helping Oklahoma develop its venture capital programs, including the launch of the Oklahoma City Innovation Center, the state’s first privately-run business incubator, and he is a board member of QuanTEM Laboratories.
