Customer Success Associate

Customer Success is a mission-critical component of this, and we need your help! We are growing our team to help us manage and better service our ever-expanding portfolio of clients. The role includes extensive training, shadowing, and mentoring by the current senior Customer Success team in order to help our new members shine and contribute to Xignite quickly. In this position, you will be responsible for the onboarding, retention, renewal, expansion, and overall happiness of our account base. We need someone that is self-driven, independent, proactive, highly organized, skilled in the art of communication, and passionate about delighting customers. You must be an energetic self-starter; ideally brimming with bright ideas on how to better serve our clients!


  • Assume responsibility for a large number of accounts by being the primary point of contact for our clients
  • Manage a large number of daily client inquiries, frequently leveraging other departments (like Product Management, Engineering, Customer Support) to achieve successful outcomes
  • Proactively monitor our client base looking for both red flags and opportunities to increase revenue by identifying and closing new sales and upgrades
  • Help the team exceed quarterly renewal objectives as we strive to improve retention
  • Effectively leverage Salesforce in addition to other internal systems in order to maximize efficiency and effectiveness


  • 4-year degree required (Finance, Economics or Business a plus)
  • Strong interest in finance, the stock market, and/or technology
  • A solid understanding of the stock market and financial instruments is a plus
  • Solid technical abilities are a must, as our clients expect this from us


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to quickly learn and master a wide array of new concepts, products, and services
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are a must
  • Persistent, resilient, persuasive, and able to tackle difficult situations head-on and come out on top
