Registration

  •   Are your services available for free trial?
    • Yes all of our services are available for a free 60 Day trial period. Trial users are granted 100 hits per service, which they can use to test the service for 60 days from the time of registration. You may contact sales@xignite.com at any time to request more trial hits, and/or extend the 60 day trial period. The number of free hits varies from service to service. Please note the Xignite reserves the right to discontinue your free trial account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice to you.
  •   How do I become a trial user?
    • You can register to become a trial user on our website here. Or you can go to our web services catalog and click on 'Try' for any of our services.

      After registering you will automatically be able to take advantage or your free trial credits.
  •   Is registration required for a free trial?
    • Yes, register just once and begin using each service separately.

      Please note that free hits are on a per service basis and cannot be used across all services interchangeably.
  •   Will you start bombarding me with emails once I register?
    • You will receive two types of emails by registering:
      1. A monthly newsletter, and
      2. Any notification of an upgrade or unavailability of a service.
      3. Please note that unsubscribing from either of these communications will automatically delete your free trial account.


      Please note that free hits are on a per service basis and cannot be used across all services interchangeably.
  •   Do I need to register for each service?
    • No, register just once and you can begin using our services right away.
  •   What are the terms and conditions of a trial?
    • You can find the free trial terms and conditions here.
  •   How long does the trial last?
    • The trial lasts as long as long as you have free credits remaining. There is no time limit for your free credits.
  •   What happens when my trial expires?
    • When you request an operation and are out of credits you will get a registration error. Be aware that your trial might expire on some services but not on others.
  •   How many free credits do I get?
    • The number of free credits depends on the service. Most services provide 50 or 100 credits, but some provide less.
  •   Where can I view the number of credits I have left?
    • To view your remaining free credits you must first login to your account by clicking on 'Login' in the top right corner of the screen.

      After you have logged in, you can view your account details by clicking on 'My Account', also located in the top right corner of the screen.

      When this page appears click on 'Subscription Status' under 'My Subscriptions'. This will show you the number of credits you have left.
  •   What are the username and password requirements?
    • Passwords:
      1. Must be 5-24 characters long,
      2. Cannot contain spaces or special characters, and
      3. Are case-sensitive.


      There are no username requirements, as your username is the email address you used to register.
  •   I am in the middle of testing development and ran out of credits, what do I do?
    • If you need additional credits to complete your evaluation we will gladly help out. Please contact us.
  •   Do my free trial credits carry over if I purchase a subscription?
    • No.
  •   Can I change my username and/or password once I have registered?
    • To change your password you must first login to your account by clicking on 'Login' in the top right corner of the screen.

      To change your password click on 'My Account', also located in the top right corner of the screen.

      When this page appears, click on 'Change Password' under 'My Account Settings' and enter your new password information.

      You are not able to change your username, as your username is the email address you provided when you registered.
  •   How long is my username and password good for?
    • Your username and password are good indefinitely or until you request for them to be deactivated or changed.
  •   How do I cancel my registration?
    • You can cancel your registration at any time by contacting us via email or phone.

      This will remove you from our list and downgrade your usage status to that of an unregistered user.

      Note that you will not be able to register again using the same email address. This is to prevent abusive use of the registration process.
  •   Do I have to pay to register?
    • No. Registration is free.
  •   What do I get by registering?
    • Registration lets you issue a larger number of free requests against our services. We allow a small number of unregistered requests to all visitors to our site. If you want to build a small prototype application using our services, you will likely need increased access to free requests. Registering will give you that.
  •   Can I cancel my Registration?
    • You can cancel your registration at any time. This will remove you from our list and downgrade your usage status to that of an unregistered user. Note that you will not be able to register again using the same email address. This is to prevent abusive use of the registration process.
